Clean location, right off the Hwy. Friendly staff helped me get the app to work. I guess if something is not in offered at their location you can't check out in the app. Food was hot and tasted good. Ordered the mini taco box which was free for points. My son and I split the taco box. The Mint shake had whip cream and shaved chocolate on top. The shake was so yummy.
I've been to several Jack-in-the-Box locations in Solano County. This Jack-in-the-Box on Alamo always has served me hot and fresh French fries and the beverages are not diluted. The customer service is always good. The workers are polite and courteous.
Ordered through the drive through and order was quick, hot, and fresh. Staff was pleasant and efficient. Monster tacos are back and delicious however the shell tasted like thin cardboard. Drive through area is behind the restaurant but the area is well lighted. Outside of restaurant appeared clean and in good repair.
Not much to say about this Jack in The Box. Food is pretty standard as is the service (not great, not bad). This location has a decent amount of indoor seating and is clean. Not too busy on a Sunday after church. We came here to get some tacos and burgers to take home. I try not to eat too much fast food, but every once in a while I do like to go to Jack in the Box for their greasy tacos which are still affordable compared to the burgers which have going up in price dramatically in the past 1.5 years (like at most fast food restaurants). It is right off the I-80 freeway on Alamo Dr for easy on/off if you are passing through Vacaville.
